Morrison said the internal policy violates a directive that requires migrants to be screened and released from custody if they aren’t deemed a risk to the community.

We are planning to file this lawsuit in Minnesota, because we have a plaintiff who lives there, and 2 court orders came out of Minnesota last week denying government’s motions to dismiss in ap lawsuits. -curtis
