Today, DII managed to absorb the small-scale selling by FII, which is why the market closed in the green. FII funds are being redirected towards the U.S. bond market and Bitcoin, the latter of which has seen significant gains since Trump came to power.Many retail investors, who have not experienced a bear phase before, are growing increasingly frustrated due to the market's lack of recovery. To them, I advise lowering their expectations during such bearish conditions. The recovery of our market will only begin when FII turn into net buyers.However, it is worth noting that our market cannot crash due to the strong support from DII. Despite FII selling โน1.5 lakh crore in the last two months, our market has only fallen by 10%, highlighting the resilience of DII.The market's reaction on Monday will likely depend on the outcomes of the Maharashtra and Jharkhand election results.

FII non stop selling continues . I had mentioned that FIIs might sell throughout this month. Today's market decline is primarily due to negative news surrounding the Adani Group.
This highlights why we avoid investing in Adani stocks. We do not base our investments on sentiment, nor do we invest in companies or groups that are under scrutiny for court cases or alleged illegal activities. In my YouTube video, I explained why Adani stocks outperformed in 2022 and why they are now underperforming. The US 10-year bond yield remains at elevated levels, so it is unlikely that FIIs will resume buying anytime soon. The current market has experienced a significant breakdown, and a recovery will not be easy. Our market may enter a phase of both time and price correction.In this environment, it is crucial to focus on sectors where FIIs and DIIs are showing interest. Avoid buying stocks solely because they appear to have bottomed out; a stock bottoming out does not guarantee it will outperform in the future.
