ICICI DIRECT Says With the high margin base now normalizing, we expect earnings recovery in H2FY25E.
For FY24E and FY25E, as of date, incorporating the revised PAT estimates for Nifty constituents, we are seeing ~5% earnings downgrade to our Nifty estimates.
As of now, we stick to our Nifty target of 27,500; valuing the index at 22x PE on FY26E.
With decent correction underway, we advise clients to step up investments in quality stocks offering healthy growth longevity.
For FY24E and FY25E, as of date, incorporating the revised PAT estimates for Nifty constituents, we are seeing ~5% earnings downgrade to our Nifty estimates.

*Thanks to DIIs* ( Mutual funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds & Banks ) Purchased 1,07,254 Crores in October month & Another 24,040 Crores up to 13th Nov.
Logic for saying this is covid saw almost 60% correction with 61000 crores. And is bar 114000 crores ke bawajood sirf 7-8% move wo bi not enough to create panic. Also, not a single day of lower circuit or panic selling. This shows ki Indian market is maturing and liquidity is huge. Only possibility of a mssive selling is when DII starts selling, which might not happen soon as unko SIP inlfow chalu rakhna hai
