Majority of times we are unhappy with ourselves because we didn't do something which was supposed to be done.
That adds to immense disappointment and we get frustrated and we run away from it and we reach distractions.
Let me give you 2 step magic approach to bring out best within you.
Step 1 - Ask what is the best thing you are supposed to do at this moment of time, it can be studying any subject or topic, it can be to have food peacefully, it can be to spend quality time with family, it can be exercise, it can be any damn thing.
Step 2- Keep saying to yourself. "I am Enjoying _" specific thing which you figured out in step 1. Keep repeating it continuously.
See the change, see the ease, see the flair and enjoyment in working. You will get unreal results.
