Sarao used spoofing, which means placing large orders he never intended to execute, tricking algorithms and manipulating market prices to his advantage.

Sarao developed a program called NAVTrader to place and cancel huge orders, effectively deceiving high-frequency traders

5️⃣ A Glitch in the Matrix

Despite his controversial methods, Sarao’s story is a testament to one man’s ability to challenge a system dominated by giants.

6️⃣ The Aftermath

Sarao was eventually arrested and pleaded guilty to fraud.

2) Tax rates tweaked

6) Long term Capital gain exempted upto 1.25 lac

7) TDS rate on Rent paid by individuals decreased to 2%

8) Reassessment to be opened upto 3 years, except till 5 years, if escaped income more than 50 lacs

9) LLP voluntary closure procedure to be started

10) NPS deduction rate increased to 14%
