But the stormlight archive is single-handedly the reason I read fantasy today, and I never related to a character more than I do with shallan davar, and adolin Kholin is my ideal platonic of the man I aspire to be, and not a week goes by without thinking some cheesy didascalic quote from one of his unremarkably written books

I tend to never gush abt the stormlight archive or other sanderson stuff on here bc, well, u on thin fucking ice man. I don’t trust a Mormon author with anything.

Plus it has already happened hasn’t it? Discovering that an author you loved and used as personal inspiration is actually a bigoted piece of shit.

I cannot believe that in this year most books still don’t have the level of representation a fucking mormon middle aged rich man achieves in his ones
