– The blessing of the tongue. – Every blessing can be utilised for good or evil. – Reflection upon how different types of people use the blessing of the tongue with various examples. – The Messenger ﷺ feared for his ummah regarding the tongue. – Various aḥadīth clarifying the dangers of the tongue. – {They may hide from men, but they cannot hide (them) from Allah, for He is with them (by His Knowledge), when they plot by night in words that He does not approve, And Allah ever encompasses what they do} (Surah Al-Nisa:108). – The story of “al-Ifk” demonstrates the consequences of the utterance of evil from the tongue. – A further example of the great consequences of vile rumours that were spread about the noble companion Uthmān ibn Affān رضي الله عنه. – Blessings should be utilized to draw closer to Allāh.

🔖The Life of the Streets Leads to Hell.

🌷‎[Mercy Towards Children]:

‎al-Imaam as-S’adee, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

‎Showing mercy towards children, being gentle towards them, and doing things to make them happy are all forms of mercy.

‎Just as not paying them any attention and a lack of gentleness are forms of roughness, sternness, and cruelty.

‎An example of this is when some rough bedouins saw the Prophet (ﷺ) and his Companions kissing their small children, one of the bedouins said:

‎I have ten children; I have not kissed any of them.

‎The Prophet (ﷺ) said:

‎Am I able to do anything for you, if Allah has removed mercy from your heart?! [1]/[2]

🔖Supplicating whilst Performing Ruqyah on Yourself

‏بِاسْمِ اللهِ أَرْقِي نَفْسِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ يُؤْذِيِنِي وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ اللهُ يَشْفِينِي

‏Bismillāhi arqī nafsi min kulli shay'in yu'dhīnī wa min sharri kulli nafsin aw 'aynin hasidin-Allāhu yashfini.

‏"In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah upon myself from everything that harms me and from the evil of every soul, or from every envious eye - may Allah cure me."

‎🔖'Ā'ishāh - The Mother of the Believers.
🎙️Abu Idrees
▫️Some virtues of the Mother of the Believers ‘Ā’ishah Bint Abī Bakr (رضى الله عنهما)
‎1. Allāh chose her to be the wife of the Messenger ﷺ.
‎2. She is the wife of the Messenger ﷺ in this life and in the hereafter.
‎3. Jibrīl (عليه السلام) would give salāms to her through the Messenger ﷺ.
‎4. Revelation would come down in her house.
‎5. The love the Messenger ﷺ had for her.
‎6. The obligation to have love for her.
‎7. She was the only virgin the Messenger ﷺ married.
‎8. The Messenger ﷺ gave witness regarding her elevated station and purity.
‎9. She is from the inhabitants of Paradise.
‎10. The Messenger ﷺ loved to be in the house of ‘Ā’ishah when he became sick.
‎11. The Messenger’s soul ﷺ was taken in her home and he was buried in her home.
‎12. The Messenger ﷺ bore witness that she was indeed a good and righteous woman [when accusations were made against her].
‎13. Allāh was the one who declared her innocence.
