Ph.D and Postdoctoral Vaccancy position

Three fully funded PhD positions are available at Oakland University in the Computer Science program starting in Spring 2025. It is a highly reputed university, ranked 651-680 in the 2023 QS World Rankings. Candidates should have a strong CGPA and a high research profile, with the research profile being the most critical factor. Having a first-author publication in reputable journals or conferences is mandatory. The candidate will be expected to write papers for transactions and A/A* conferences. The research focuses on machine learning for cybersecurity, emphasizing NLP for analyzing source code and computer vision for AI security. Experience in NLP and computer vision is beneficial. Additionally, one candidate will be hired based on their experience in the field of quantum computing, particularly with core quantum concepts and quantum machine learning.
