As the year comes to an end, it is natural to feel a rollercoaster of emotions 🎒😢. Some of us may be looking forward to the new experiences and opportunities the next year may bring 🀩, whereas some of us may be feeling a little blue this winter 😞πŸ₯Ά. I personally am feeling a mix of both of these thingsπŸ˜….
 
To acknowledge all that I am feeling, I will be slowing down a little bit πŸͺ·. Starting on 22nd of December, for ten days, I will be involved in one self-care activity each day πŸ˜‡. I invite you to join me on this journey and create a safe space for yourself 🫢🏼.
