اكو نوع من انواع الseizures
اسمه Gelastic seizure
وهذا عادة يجي نوبات من الضحك الغير مبرر او بعض الاحيان يبجي او بس فقط يبتسم بدون صوت
هذا النوع يعتبر focal seizure كون
electrical discharge disturbances
تصير بمنطقة معينة بالدماغ وقد تكون هذه المنطقة هي temporal area
او قد يرتبط هذا النوع من الصرع مع hypothalamic hamartoma
