The ideal candidate will have to have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, along with the fervent desire to continuously learn about nuances of business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conversant with the Investment Banking business.
• Conversant with the business of Private Wealth business
• Create and manage documentation for the firm
• Other tasks to support the Legal & Compliance department as needed.

Qualifications Required

• 3-5 years’ experience in a financial services firm.
• Qualified Lawyer from a well know Law college.
• Proactive, result oriented, with excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail and confidentiality
