Due to the recent implementation of the BKMS app and ongoing technical difficulties experienced throughout the region, Early Bird Registration has been extended until June 16th!
You can now use the BKMS website to register for shibir if you are having difficulties using the mobile app.

As we celebrate 50 years of Satsang in North America, it’s time to reflect on our history.
The theme of the 2024 Kishore-Kishori Summer Shibir will be “Andar Akshardham”, with the overarching goal of the shibir being “How do we build the Akshardham within.”
Kishore-Kishori Shibir Details:
Location: BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir, Robbinsville, NJ
Date: Thursday, Aug 1st to Sunday, Aug 4th
Early Bird Registration will be open from Monday, May 20th to Sunday, June 9th.
The regular registration period will be open from Monday, June 10th to Sunday, June 23rd.
Registration fee can be found on the BKMS mobile app

🌒 Solar Eclipse April 8th 🌘
There is a Solar Eclipse mid day April 8th. The preparations will start as of early morning 4/8 ~ 2 am.
The details can be confusing so below is a summary:
Vedh
•Monday ~2 AM (depending on where you live).
•Only water.
•Activities as normal.
Actual Eclipse
•Monday ~2 pm - 4:30 pm.
•No water.
•Sit in one spot and do bhakti, read, katha, Guruhari Darshan, satsang diksha etc.
After Eclipse
• Shower with your clothes on and wash any cloths you touched during the eclipse.
Shriji Maharaj has said: At the time of a solar or lunar eclipse, one should instantly stop all activities and chant the mantra of God in a purified state. (86). After the eclipse, devotees should bathe with the clothes one is wearing and then offer worship to God (householders should offer donations and renunciants should do puja). (87)
Mahant Swami Maharaj has written in the Satsang Diksha: When the eclipse is over, all should bathe and soak the clothes they are wearing. Thereafter, renunciants should perform puja and householder devotees should give donations. (266)
