We want to share a critical update about the current situation at FluidAI. As many of you know, we have faced some serious challenges, and we want to be transparent with you as we work through these issues.
Due to a combination of financial difficulties and internal challenges, we’ve had to pause regular operations. The product is not yet market ready and completing the MVP will require additional time, financial resources, and key hires, none of which we currently have in place. The former team has been removed, and we’re now under new temporary leadership, with oversight from the shareholders.
A formal update has been sent to all Investors outlining the situation in detail. At this point, we’re evaluating all options on how to move forward. We understand this is difficult news, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this.
There will be many questions and while our focus is on working with Investors to find a path forward, we ask you to be considerate and patient - we will respond to questions as quickly as possible and provide further updates over the coming weeks.
