Our Constitution provides certain provisions with regards to the acquisition of citizenship in India from Articles 5 to 11.

There are certain ways like
Birth,
Registration,
Descent,
Naturalisation and
Incorporation of territory through which a person can acquire citizenship in India.

Option 4 reads *Nationalisation, not *Naturalisation.

Apart from Preamble, Article 38. 1[(1)] states that "The State shall strive to promote the welfare of the people by securing and protecting as effectively as it may a social order in which justice, social, economic and political, shall inform all the institutions of the national life."

The President can be removed from office by a process of impeachment for ‘violation of the Constitution’.
