Musk’s comment, humorously referring to "the Department of Government Efficiency" using the acronym "D.O.G.E," immediately sparked excitement within the Dogecoin community. Given Musk's history of influencing Dogecoin’s price through tweets and comments, his playful nod to the memecoin revived optimism about its future potential. Shortly after his mention, Dogecoin saw a price surge, with its value climbing by over 10%. This rally was further bolstered by increased trading volumes as investors anticipated a potential new rally tied to Musk’s indirect endorsement.

Analysis:
After a strong mid-July recovery, Dogecoin's price surged nearly 40% in September before correcting and retesting the $0.1 psychological level. October has seen continued momentum, with Dogecoin now trading just below $0.15. It’s positioned above its 50-day and 200-day EMAs, approaching a bullish golden cross, signaling a possible upward rally. The $0.1 mark serves as key support. If Dogecoin breaks above the $0.15-$0.155 range, which aligns with the R3 Fibonacci pivot for October, it could trigger a rally towards $0.2 by the end of the month. Reaching $0.2 might set the stage for new targets, potentially hitting $0.3 by year’s end.

Analysis:
Ethena (ENA) has experienced a sharp decline over recent months, dropping more than 66% from its all-time high. However, in the last few days, the price has surged over 60%, rising from under $0.30 to $0.42. Currently, ENA is trading above its 50-day exponential moving average, which could provide further bullish momentum. If ENA can break through the significant resistance zone between $0.50 and $0.55, aligned with the R3 Fibonacci pivot level, it may potentially reach $1 by the end of the month. On the downside, support is expected around $0.25, near the S1 Fibonacci pivot level for October.

Analysis:
Among the newer additions to the top Solana memecoins in 2024, Book of Meme (BOME) initially saw a staggering surge of over 3000% shortly after its launch. However, following this rapid spike, the token experienced a significant correction. Recently, it has shown a robust recovery, bouncing nearly 80% from its October lows. At present, BOME is trading above both its 50-day and 200-day EMAs, signaling some recovery momentum. However, the bearish crossover between these two EMAs suggests that any further upward movement could be limited in the near term. If BOME can maintain its position above key levels—particularly above both EMAs and the psychological $0.01 mark—there’s potential for the rally to continue. On the downside, the R1 Fibonacci level for October, near $0.0081, is expected to act as a support zone, offering some stability during any potential bearish pullbacks.
