Despite her relentless efforts, she couldn't clear the exam and found herself at a crossroads, feeling like a failure. However, she didn’t give up.

In May 2024, Hema decided to pivot back to her roots in pharmacy. She began exploring her options and serendipitously discovered *CareerInPharma through Dr. Neema Bisht’s YouTube channel* 🌟. Here, she learned about the various opportunities available to life science graduates, including pharmacovigilance, clinical data management (CDM), and clinical research associate (CRA) roles.
