1. Paid: I have a distribution and printing channel ready. You can get the book delivered at your home. I have got the quotation and the price may range upto 550-600. This only includes the cost of printing, delivery and manpower. I am not adding any margins.

2. I can give you PDF and you guys can take in print by yourself. It will be a bit costlier for you all
