Dear Graduates,

Following thorough consultations and careful consideration, we regret to inform you that due to the Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium (TYA) reaching its maximum capacity, those were unable to register their attendance for the 64th Recognition Rites on Wednesday, October 16, at 3:00 PM will unfortunately not be acommodated.

We understand this may be difficult to accept for some. Please be assured that BCG had made every effort to seek accommodations. Unfortunately, due to strict venue capacity limitations, the organizers are unable to accept any additional attendees beyond those who registered.

This is a firm decision followed by multiple extensions of the registration announced through the HDA emails.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[RVRCOB: 64th RVR COB Recognition Rites]

The Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business will hold its 64th College Recognition Rites on October 16, 2024 (Wednesday) at the Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium, 7th Floor Yuchengco Hall, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Graduates and awardees for Term 3, Academic Year 2023-2024, will be honored by the parents, administrators, faculty, and staff members.

Also, the RVRCOB recognition rites rehearsal on October 14 (Monday) is postponed due to Malacanang’s Memorandum Circular No. 66. (Opening of the Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction)

[UPDATES | 64TH RECOGNITION RITES]

Good day!

We would like to inform everyone that the 64th Recognition Ceremony rehearsal, originally scheduled for 🗓 Monday, October 14, at 3:00 PM at the Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium (TYA), will no longer push through.

However, the event proper will proceed as planned on 🗓 Wednesday, October 16:

🎓 Registration and Claiming of Graduation
→ Tokens: 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM at Yuchengco Lobby
→ Ceremony: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium

📋 Attached are the seating plan and program flow for your reference. Please note:
→ Students will be seated on the 7th floor.
→ Parents/guests will be seated on the 8th & 9th floor.

🔔 Reminders:
1. For students, ensure to bring your DLSU School ID is required. No School ID = SDFO Offense.
2. Everyone is required to stay for the entire program. Early departure is not allowed.
3. The Office has already secured an entry permit for guests. Please ensure to bring a valid government ID.
4. Entry is allowed through the North and South Gates only.
5. Children below 12 years old are not permitted to enter campus premises, per University policy.
6. The North and South Gates will be drop-off points only. No parking will be available.
7. The program will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please arrive at the Yuchengco Auditorium at least one hour before the program starts.

[CAMPUS SHIFT TO ONLINE | RE: RVRCOB 64TH RECOGNITION RITES]

In view of the opening of the Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction at the PICC classes and work at the Manila campus shall shift online on October 14 and 15.
