The Role: We are looking for a dedicated, goal-oriented Customer Support & Sales Team Member who is committed to delivering value and excellence. You will be a key player in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from initial contact to continued support, while identifying opportunities to improve our service.

• Office-Based: For candidates based in
New Kingston, Jamaica, we have a state-of-the-art office environment designed to support collaboration and high performance.
Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform comprehensive audits of our platform, website, FAQ, dashboard, and customer support systems.
• Proactively suggest improvements based on customer feedback and your analysis.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to deliver a high level of service.
• Contribute to sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities and closing sales.
• Support our community through group chat engagement and ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements: • Sales or customer service experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Experience in the trading industry is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for continuous improvement and the ability to provide actionable insights.
