πŸ“œπŸ” Understanding Your Employment Rights

Whether you're a full-time employee, a part-timer, or self-employed, understanding your rights in the workplace is crucial. While some aspects may not directly apply to the self-employed, this knowledge remains beneficial, especially if you consider taking on part-time or short-term contract work in the future. We encourage everyone to familiarise themselves with the available resources, such as the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) for resolving disputes and recovering unpaid salaries. For more detailed information, please refer to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) post on this topic. Remember, being informed is your first step towards a fair and positive work environment.
