The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to people. The most beloved deed to Allah is to make a Muslim happy, or remove one of his troubles, or forgive his debt, or feed his hunger.” (Ṭabarānī)
“They are those who have been expelled from their homes for no reason other than proclaiming: “Our Lord is Allah.” (22:39)
“Those who migrated and were expelled from their homes, who were persecuted for My sake, who fought, and were killed — I will certainly forgive their sins and admit them into Gardens under which rivers flow, as a reward from Allah. And with Allah is the finest reward!” (3:195)
“Do not be deceived by the prosperity of the disbelievers throughout the land. It is only a brief enjoyment. Then Hell will be their home — what an evil place to rest!” (3:196-7)
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “On the Day of Judgement, when those who had lived lives of ease will see thereward that Allah bestows on those who had suffered — they will wish that their skins had been torn away with scissors.” (Tirmidhī)
Today we feel sorry for the Palestinians, but tomorrow we will feel sorry for ourselves when we will see how they are rewarded and honoured by Allah.
