उम्मीद है कि बहुत हद तक इन सिफारिशों को मान लिया जाएगा। हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस पर 18% जीएसटी की दर बहुत ज्यादा है। देश में इंश्योरेंस की पहुंच बढ़ाने के लिए इसे अफोर्डेबिल बनाना बहुत बड़ी जरूरत है। वैसे तो जीएसटी हर तरह के इंश्योरेंस से हटाया जाना चाहिए, लेकिन नहीं हटाते तो कम से कम 5% कर देना चाहिए।
